You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must:

Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!)
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed shipping instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
🔁 3. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

If your product was received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
