💤 1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (clean, undamaged, and in original packaging)

  • Include all accessories, charging cables, and manuals

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Products showing clear signs of extended use

  • Gift cards or downloadable items (e.g. audio guides or digital bonuses)

📦 2. How to Start a Return

To begin your return, contact us at info@sleepwiz.store with your:

  • Order number

  • Name and email used for purchase

  • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!)

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed shipping instructions.
Please note: return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

🔁 3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we’ll replace it free of charge.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a brief description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.

💳 4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

🎁 5. Gifts & Bundles

If your product was received as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser.
For promotional bundles or multi-item offers, partial refunds apply only if all returned items meet the eligibility criteria.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, contact us immediately — we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
