We currently ship to most countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor your delivery.

Orders placed in the United Kingdom, Australia & New Zealand and United States:

  • Standard Shipping (10-14 days): FREE
  • Priority Shipping (8-12 days): $2.99

Orders placed in Canada:

  • Standard Shipping (13-15 days): FREE
  • Priority Shipping (8-14 days): $2.99

Please note: delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, local postal services, or high seasonal demand.


📦 4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your tracking number doesn’t appear to be active after a few days, don’t worry — your order is on its way. You can always reach out to info@sleepwiz.store for assistance.

We have worldwide free standard shipping. Priority shipping is available for an additional $2.99.
